Deployed was founded by practitioners, scientists, and software engineers to reimagine how we write scope and agree work. We officially launched in 2020 with funding from the Mayfield Fund and Microsoft Ventures as part of a Melinda Gates’ sponsored competition.

Jamie is responsible for product (CPO) engineering (CTO) and is a subject matter expert in statements of work.

Sophie Parslow
Our Head of Content, Sophie, brings a robust background in behavioural and communication research, studying how people and organisations communicate. She is passionate at making complex ideas clear and fair, ensuring that everything created at Deployed is designed with real people in mind.
Oliver Back
Our Principal Software Engineer from Gloucester where he works as a full stack .NET engineer. He has 10 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on API's and has been working with the latest technologies including Blazor.
Bo-Li Chung
Bo supports the day-to-day management of clients, and the operational and strategic aspect of Customer Success.
Blake Strickland-Bennet
Blake has a variety of skills to support our Engineering team, from Front-End Development, Software Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and many more talents.
Liz Hill
A deep thinker who thrives on solving complex problems, very detail orientated with a commitment to clean and structured solutions. Loves to code while listening to loud music. Beyond the screen she enjoys spending time in nature and soaking up sunshine.
Sam Eaton
Sam is our Senior Software Engineer, with over 7 years of experience in Full stack development and a fully-fledged SaaS application builder. By keeping up to date with the latest .NET features, he loves to bring cutting-edge innovations to our platform.
Phoebe Munro
Phoebe is responsible for our social pages and promoting our innovations to the world. From visuals to content creation, she specialises in Digital Marketing and executing campaigns and events for large businesses.
Matthew Carse
Matt is our Senior Engineer with over seven years of software development experience in the finance industry. He has a wide breadth of knowledge, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, devops, databases, mobile, the list goes on!
Careena Lau
Careena is a full stack developer from an engineering background adept across various programming languages, libraries and frameworks. She has passion to bring creative solutions to complex problems with clean, high-quality code. Beyond work, she loves to read and travel.
Lottie Jenkins
Lottie is our Marketing Manager and has six years' marketing experience in the future of work space. She is responsible for our marketing strategy and implementation, specialising in client experience, branding and events for small organisations.

Chris has set up design practices at Microsoft, Typeform, Spotify and Deliveroo and has built Deployed’s award winning ‘life of work’ workshops for Deployed’s clients.
Professor Liz Stokoe
Liz is an expert in conversation analysis and works as an industry fellow at Deployed. In addition to over 140 scientific papers and books, she is passionate about science communication, and has given talks at TED, New Scientist, Google, Microsoft, and The Royal Institution.
Andy Richardson
Andy has been part of three startups, and held senior technology leadership roles at some of the world's largest tech companies. He is now providing advice from due diligence to full organisational integration.
